Water Street - Municipal Planning Strategy Amendment and Rezoning Application
Consultation has concluded
The Town has received a rezoning application for two vacant lots on Water Street between Catherine and Fifth Streets. These properties are currently zoned waterfront industrial (M-2) and are proposed to be rezoned to medium density residential (R-2).
A Municipal Planning Strategy amendment is required to change the industrial designation in the Generalized Future Land Use map.
How will this affect me?
This rezoning would only apply to these two properties on Water Street to enable residential development.
