Planning Advisory Committee meeting was held September 4th, 2018 (Applicant was notified on August 30th, 2018.
Next Step:
A Public Participation meeting will be held on October 2nd, 2018. (anyone present may speak)
Planner Report and Recommendation will go before Council for first reading on October 11th, 2018.
If approved by Council, a Public Hearing meeting will be held on November 15th, 2018. (anyone present may speak)
Second reading will happen after the Public Hearing on November 15th, 2018.
If approved by Council the amendment will be sent to Municipal relations for approval.
After Municipal relations approves the amendment a Notice of Approval ad is placed in the newspaper and the amendment becomes effective as of the date of publication.
