CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Main Street Streetscape Redevelopment - Phase II Work Begins Monday

Please be advised that work on the Main Street Streetscape Redevelopment - Phase II Project is set to begin on Monday, September 21st. Like the recently completed Glebe Street sewer project, this involves complete excavation of Main Street from John Street to Parade Street, one section at a time.

On Monday, the following closures/detours will be in effect:

➡️ Main Street from John Street to Collins Street will be closed with local traffic only.
➡️ Central Street will be closed with local traffic only for access from Water Street.
➡️ Jenkins Street will be closed with local traffic only.
➡️ Collins Street onto Main Street will be right hand turn only.
➡️ John Street onto Main Street will be left hand turn only.
