Consultation has concluded

The Town has received a request by Yarmouth Links (Golf Course) to expand the footprint of one of their existing accessory buildings. The Golf Course is zoned Institutional (I-1) and the Land Use Bylaw (LUB) specifies that accessory buildings are limited to a maximum of 1,500 ft2 gross floor area and two accessory buildings.

The proposed LUB amendments will enable more flexibility on the number and size of accessory buildings within the Institutional zone (I-1).

How will this affect me?

These amendments would apply only to lots zoned Institutional (I-1).
