The Town of Yarmouth received a Development Agreement application from the owner of 52 Parade Street, to permit redevelopment of the former High School with a range of institutional uses including:

  • a training academy
  • associated board and accommodation facilities; and
  • a medical clinic.

    Open House

    An open house session has been scheduled to provide you and other adjacent landowners with an opportunity to learn more about the intended project. The landowner/applicant and Town staff will be in attendance. The open house will be held on Wednesday, November 27, from 7pm to 8.30pm at the Town Hall – 400 Main Street.
