On October 4, 2023, the owner of PID# 90193137 located at Caie Crescent, applied to enter into a Development Agreement to permit a new accessory building (garage/workshop with a suite above) to extend up to 10 feet into a Land Use Bylaw 20-foot front yard setback.

The application is being reviewed against applicable policies of the Town of Yarmouth Municipal Planning Strategy and the rules of the Land Use Bylaw. For additional information about the proposal, please contact the Town Planner.
