This is to serve notice that the Council of the Town of Yarmouth at its meeting on November 13th, 2025 at 6:30 pm, at Yarmouth Town Hall, 400 Main Street, approved the following:

191 Main Street - Rezoning

Council approved a proposed Land Use Bylaw amendment to rezone 191 Main Street from Medium Density Residential - Main Street (R-2M) Zone to Downtown Commercial (C-1) Zone. Amendments to the Municipal Planning Strategy and the Central Business District Improvement Plan Bylaw were also approved to accommodate the proposed rezoning. In accordance with the Municipal Government Act, this decision is not appealable.
