The Town of Yarmouth has received a planning application from the owner to rezone their property located at 191 Main Street (PID3 90197666) from Medium Density Residential – Main Street (R-2M) Zone to Downtown Commercial (C-1) Zone. Subject to Council approval of this application, the subject property would qualify for the Town of Yarmouth Tax Phase-In Program, currently available only within the Central Business District (Downtown).

    Tuesday, September 23rd, 2025, 6pm at Town Hall - 400 Main St, Yarmouth

    The Town of Yarmouth has received a planning application from the owner to rezone their property located at 191 Main Street (PID# 90197666) from Medium Density Residential – Main Street (R-2M) Zone to Downtown Commercial (C-1) Zone. Subject to Council approval of this application, the subject property would qualify for the Town of Yarmouth Tax Phase-In Program, currently available only within the Central Business District (Downtown).

    Public Participation Meeting

    A Public Participation Meeting has been scheduled for TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 23rd, 2025 AT 6PM at the Town Hall (400 Main St). The meeting allows interested parties to provide their thoughts on the submitted application directly to the Planning Advisory Committee. All members of the public are welcome to attend.
