Notice of Public Hearing - June 13th, 2024 at 6:30 pm.

A Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, June 13th, 2024 at 6:30 pm in Council Chambers, located at 400 Main Street. Members of the public can attend and speak at the hearing, or hand in written submissions. Written submissions can be emailed to admin@townofyarmouth.ca, or delivered to Town Hall, and must be received by 12 pm (noon) on June 10th, 2024.

Proposed Amendments to Land Use Bylaw - Sponsorship Signage

The Town of Yarmouth has initiated amendments to the Land Use Bylaw for matters related to Sponsorship Signage. The proposed amendments are intended to provide a platform for acknowledging sponsors and donors for their valuable support to Town-operated facilities, publicly accessible non-profit operated facilities and privately owned outdoor recreation facilities.
