PUBLIC PARTICIPATION MEETING – Amendment to a Development Agreement for Clements Avenue PID #90217712

Tuesday, July 7th, 2026, 6pm at Town Hall - 400 Main St, Yarmouth

The Town of Yarmouth has received a planning application from Will MacPhail & Susanna Li to amend an existing Development Agreement approved by Council in April 2021 for a property located at the corner of Clements Avenue and Forest Street (Lot LP-2, PID #90217712).

The applicant proposes to maintain the previously approved total of 23 dwelling units on the subject property. However, the proposed development includes a revised site layout and building design that requires several amendments to the existing Development Agreement. That includes changes related to the number and location of main buildings, parking, landscaping and other development standards.

Public Participation Meeting
A Public Participation Meeting will be held on Tuesday, July 7th, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at Town Hall, 400 Main Street, Yarmouth. The purpose of the meeting is to allow interested residents and stakeholders to provide comments on the application directly to the Planning Advisory Committee. All members of the public are welcome to attend.
