PUBLIC PARTICIPATION MEETING – Development Agreement for 77 Starrs Road

Tuesday, September 23rd, 2025, 6pm at Town Hall - 400 Main St, Yarmouth

The Town of Yarmouth has received a planning application from the owner to enter into a Development Agreement to permit medical clinic uses (up to 3,500sf in size) within the existing building located at 77 Starrs Road (PID# 90219056).

Public Participation Meeting
A Public Participation Meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 23rd, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. at Town Hall, 400 Main Street, Yarmouth. The purpose of the meeting is to allow interested residents and stakeholders to provide comments on the application directly to the Planning Advisory Committee. All members of the public are welcome to attend.
