The Town has received an application from the owner of 615 Main Street (PID# 90198391) to discharge an existing Development Agreement to allow for a wider range of commercial uses. The agreement was approved by Council in 1988 and designed to accommodate an expansion to the Milton Medical Clinic (Professional Centre) and recognize a separate two-unit residential building known as 9 Chestnut Street located on the same lot.
