    PUBLIC PARTICIPATION MEETING – Development Agreement for 55 Starrs Rd

    Tuesday, September 23rd, 2025, 6pm at Town Hall - 400 Main St, Yarmouth

    The Town of Yarmouth has received a planning application from the owner to enter into a Development Agreement to permit office and medical clinic uses and allow for a standalone office building (with up to 3,000sf in size) at their property located at 55 Starrs Road (PID# 90203233).

    Public Participation Meeting

    A Public Participation Meeting has been scheduled for TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 23rd, 2025 AT 6PM at the Town Hall located at 400 Main St in Yarmouth. The meeting allows interested parties to provide their thoughts on the submitted application directly to the Planning Advisory Committee. All members of the public are welcome to attend.
