PUBLIC PARTICIPATION MEETING – Rezoning of 3 Commercial Street
Tuesday, September 23rd, 2025, 6pm at Town Hall - 400 Main St, Yarmouth
The Town of Yarmouth has received a planning application from the owner to rezone their property located at 3 Commercial Street (PID# 90194333) from Low Density Residential (R-1) to Medium Density Residential (R-2) Zone to allow for conversion of the existing 2-unit building into a fourplex.
Public Participation Meeting
A Public Participation Meeting has been scheduled for TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 23rd, 2025, AT 6PM at the Town Hall located at 400 Main St in Yarmouth. The meeting allows interested parties to provide their thoughts on the submitted application directly to the Planning Advisory Committee. All members of the public are welcome to attend.
