Consultation has concluded
The landowner of 1 & 3 Kirk Street has applied to discharge an existing Development Agreement along with a subsequent amendment and enter into a new Development Agreement with the Town of Yarmouth. The proposed Development Agreement seeks to update on-site parking requirements and allow for one additional dwelling unit within an existing building at 3 Kirk Street.
A housekeeping amendment to the Land Use By-law to rezone a small portion of the subject lands (approximately 200 square meters/2,200 square feet) from the existing R-2 Zone to C-1 Zone to consolidate the zoning across the subject lands is also proposed as part of this application.
